Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
