Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at mistletoe.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we'll cover the cost.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock permits. Please contact us at mistletoe.contact@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mistletoe.contact@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right promptly.
